Who We Are

The International Economics Study Center was created by Steve Suranovic, an Associate Professor of Economics and International Affairs at The George Washington University in Washington D.C. This site contains an international economics tetbook that dates to the websites founding in 1996. Now the site now serves as a portal to the Flatworld Knowledge version of the textbook and to a a collection of information and opinions relating to international economic issues.

I hope the site is useful for students and professionals interested in keeping up-to-date on international economic issues. Stay tuned for future developments since this site will be continually updated, expanded and improved.
